CNC Machining

From Forgings, Castings, Hog-Outs and Extrusions our capabilities and systems assure consistent quality and on time delivery. Creative approaches to machining, turning, and grinding coupled with unique concepts in programming distinguish Imaginetics from their peers and results in competitive pricing to all of our customers.
Sheet Metal Fabrication

Imaginetics uses precision equipment in the manufacturing of sheet metal components for our customers. We service customers in the following fields: aerospace, electronic, medical, and military. Our capabilities include: punching, forming, hydroforming, stretch forming, draw form, hi-speed routing.
Assembly

Our assembly departments have the ability to offer kitting, part-to-part subassemblies, major mechanical and electrical assemblies making Imaginetics a one-stop shop for our customers. Capabilities include Riveting, Bonding, Swaging and OHM testing. Continual upgrades to equipment and training guarantees Imaginetics stays on the leading edge of assembly techniques.
Tooling

Imaginetics possesses in-house experience and capabilities to design or build tooling per our customers’ requirements. These capabilities ensure Imaginetics ability to fulfill most exacting job requirements on time, on budget and exactly to specifications.
Finishing

Our NEW finishing line is NADCAP approved and started operations October 2016. Imaginetics can finish parts in as little as one day and offer very competitive prices. This finishing line is one of 8 production shops in Washington State and 47 in the USA (approved by Boeing).
Quality Assurance

Imaginetics takes pride in providing our customers the best products in the industry. Our quality control center puts all products through rigorous tests prior to shipment to identify any flaws or defects that may have occurred during manufacturing, ensuring that every item we send to our customers meets their precise expectations.
Programming

Our CNC machine programming department uses the latest versions of SolidWorks, Mastercam, and Vericut, to model, program, and verify our 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC machine programs. Our CNC Router and Turret programming department uses the latest versions of Catia, Fabriwin, Enroute, SolidWorks, and AutoCad to model and create programs.
